Our return policy allows you to return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these guidelines:

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn or unused
  • Tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log into your account in the upper right corner of 7downiest.com
  2. Select the order you wish to return
  3. Follow the on-screen directions to request your return

Once your return is approved, you will be provided with a return shipping label. Please note that an $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.For any questions or assistance, contact us at matt@7downiest.com.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
  • Sale items (all sales are FINAL)
  • Flash Sale orders are FINAL SALE
  • Gift cards
  • Bridal ties (MP30, MP32, MP33, MP34, MP35 series) from merchants

Exchanges

For the fastest service, we recommend returning the item you have and, once the return is accepted, making a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus the $8 return shipping fee. Please note:

  • Refund processing may take up to 10 business days
  • Bank or credit card company processing times may vary

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For merchandise shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The same condition requirements apply as stated in the Eligibility for Returns section. The $8 return shipping fee will still be applied.
